How to order

On the website all items except furniture and fragile items can be ordered online. All orders go out on next day delivery (excl. weekends) once picked from stock.

By phone
Call us on 01483 303022 to order any item from the store. We can take payment over the phone for deliveries to your home address, or if collecting from the store we can save the item up to 72 hours for you to pay on collection. We have a collection parking/loading bay under the shopping centre for our customers to use when collecting goods.
If an item is out of stock, we can notify you of the lead time and take your order over the phone.

Reserve & Collect
You can also phone/email us if you wish to reserve and collect, paying in store when collecting, so we can reserve the item for you ready for collection from the store. There is a time limit on how long we can reserve things for without payment of 72 hours.


Delivery and returns policy

Once we have received your order, if an item is in stock delivery will take 3-4 working days.  In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please ensure you write this next to your signature when signing for goods and inform Babylon within 24 hours of receipt.

If a product is out of stock when you order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to:

1)  Cancel your order.   2) To take part delivery of your order and we will send the remaining items free from carriage charge provided outstanding item(s) is above £20.   
3)  Wait until all of your order is in stock

We will make every effort to deliver your order within 28 days.

STANDARD DELIVERY per order - £4.99
This does  not include furniture delivery charges. Please phone/visit store for the correct information at the time regarding furniture lead times and any applicable delivery charges. 
For delivery quotes to the Scottish highlands/Northern Ireland please call us as a surcharge will apply.

You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch, by writing to us at .  If you have received your goods and find your purchase to be unsuitable, please return them within 7 days of receiving your purchase and provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging, we will give you a full refund to the value of the goods (not including delivery costs).  You will be refunded as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days.  However, if you have specifically requested additional services, such as gift wrapping, a special order (item not usually held in stock), or bespoke products (made to your own specification), these cannot be refunded.
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.  Please wrap the items securely and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.  This does not effect your statutory rights.

It is recommended to use insured, registered delivery for returns as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. We regret that we cannot accept mail order/website order returns in store.

Babylon trading Ltd uses Sagepay to process all transactions, transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Babylon cannot accept liability for any loss (direct or indirect) for delivery at any other time than the estimated date.  We make every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserve the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions, descriptions and specifications.  Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

We will not sell or distribute any information about you as an individual without your consent.
